Collaboration between Phiro and TCM Group
For many years, Phiro has had a close collaboration with several of TCM’s brands: Nettoline, Kitch’n, Modulia and Concepta. We have produced everything from product images to milieu images and configurators.
All of these brands face the same challenge: new products are being developed, and they want milieu images of them, but the logistical, time-consuming and often expensive process of photographing kitchens prevents them from getting the marketing material they need. That is why they have a large part of their milieu images created by us in 3D.
In March 2020, Nettoline wanted to have a new milieu image created for their new cabinet door type. We built a modern-style kitchen placed in a newly constructed house, where we created a cozy atmosphere, among other things by using warm sunlight. In May 2020, an additional need arose. This time, they wanted the same kitchen but in different colours. This would have been a very expensive task if done with photography, but with 3D it can be done both quickly and at a low cost.
In August 2020, Nettoline’s Norwegian department wanted the same environment adapted to their customers’ style. We therefore adjusted colours and decoration, creating a new image that better appeals to the Norwegian market.
Through a single 3D environment, we have created three images, each telling a different story about the same product. This expands Nettoline’s marketing material, allowing them to target different customer groups and speak directly to each customer’s individual wishes and dreams for a kitchen.
Animation creates attention
A picture says more than a thousand words, and a film probably says more than a thousand pictures. That is why TCM often uses animations created within their milieu images. The same applies in this project. Here, we produced two lengths of animation films: a 20-second film that works for TV, in-store screens and on the website, and a 6-second film that is ideal for creating curiosity on social media.
