3D visualization for TCM Group
The logistics behind new kitchen lines
TCM Group is behind leading kitchen brands such as Nettoline, Kitchn, Modulia, and Concepta. When developing new products, there is a constant need for up-to-date product images. However, traditional photography of entire kitchens is a cumbersome, time-consuming, and expensive logistical process. The task was to create an agile, digital solution that could ensure marketing materials of the absolute highest quality without the need for physical setups.
Scalable environments and digital dynamics
Through close collaboration, we have built a comprehensive visual toolkit that includes product images, environmental renderings, and configurator solutions.
Photorealistic environments: Among other things, we created a modern kitchen in a new architectural setting, lit with warm, natural sunlight to create a welcoming, Scandinavian look.
Targeted localization: With 3D, elements can be swapped out in a flash. We made minor adjustments to the colors and decor in the existing environment to create a new version tailored specifically to the Norwegian market.
Eye-catching animations: To boost engagement, we created dynamic 3D animated videos directly from the environmental scenes. This resulted in 20-second formats for TV and the web, as well as crisp 6-second clips optimized for social media.
One environment – endless possibilities
TCM Group’s greatest strength has been its flexibility. A digital kitchen built in March was easily and cost-effectively updated with new door colors in May and adapted to new markets in August. Instead of a single expensive photo shoot, TCM Group can now create three (or more) unique stories based on the same basic setup. This maximizes their marketing budget and allows them to precisely target different audiences’ kitchen dreams.
